Objective
Honors a staff member who has been with the College fewer than two years (as of January 2nd), who demonstrates initiative and commitment to their unit, and has made a significant impact within their short employment.
Eligibility
Full-time or part-time staff member with fewer than two years of service (as of January 2nd) in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences.
Deadline
Submission deadline is November 8, 2021.

Nomination process
Please address each of the following criteria giving specific examples; two supporting letters of recommendation should be included. No more than three additional pieces of material may be included.

- Explain how this person deomonstrates commitment to their department/unit.
- How has this person made a significant impact to their department/unit within the short period of time they have been employed?
